  3. Photocopy of Passport (at least 6 Months Valid)
  4. Photocopy of Old passport and visas (if applicable)
  5. Original Bank Certificate
  6. Photocopy of Passbook
  7. Photocopy of Time Deposit (If any)
  8. Photocopy of Last 3 Months Bank Statement
  9. Photocopy of Last 3 Months Credit Card Statement
  10. Photocopy of Land Title Certificate
  11. Photocopy of Car Registration OR/PR
  12. Photocopy of Any Property Documents (If any)
  13. Photocopy of PSA Marriage Certificate
  14. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
  15. Photocopy of PRC ID for professionals. (Doctors, Engineers, Accountants etc.)
  16. Photocopy of IBP ID for (Lawyers)
  17. Photocopy of Alien Certificate Registration/ACR (For Foreign Passport)
  18. Photocopy of Immigration Certificate of Residence/ICR (For Foreign Passport)
  19. Hotel confirmation/reservation
  20. Ticket Itinerary/Reservation
