GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Duly accomplished non-immigrant visa electronic application (DS-160) draft form. Kindly download and fill out the DS-160 and upload it through our Contact Us page or the in our form below.
Two 2×2 colored picture taken within 6 months (white background)
Scanned copy of full biodata page of the passport (6 months valid)
Original personal bank certificate (must include account type, current balance, account opening date, 6 months average daily balance)
